Volunteer Sign Up for Cleveland Summer Beerfest 2018

ATTENTION RETURNING VOLUNTEERS: Our registration and check-in process has changed. Select your t-shirt size and fill out your full first and last name(s) below. When you submit, you will receive a printable ticket. Print this ticket or bring on your phone screen to the Volunteer Check-in Table at least 90 minutes prior to your session start. Staff will scan your barcode, give you your t-shirt and your section assignment.

Note: The tickets you will receive are only valid for checking in as a volunteer. In no way are they good for entering the festival as an attendee.

Volunteer check in will be from:

  • Saturday Day Session Volunteers:  11:30-12:15pm   
  • Saturday Evening Session Volunteers:  5:30-6:15pm


  • Volunteers shifts are split into two sections for each of the shifts - Entry (assisting with IDing, wristbanding and ticket scanning) and Main Event (pouring of beers in the main festival area).
  • We provide a t-shirt, pizza, and beer!
  • Event is rain or shine.
  • Volunteers need to be able to work the whole shift that they sign up for.

Tip: You may want to size up a shirt size if you plan to wear your volunteer shirt over other clothing.
